George III Proof 6 Shillings Bank Token 1804 PR64 Cameo NGC, KM-Tn1. Minimally toned with impressive watery mirrors and raised motifs that, in addition to being sharply executed, display considerable cameo-producing frost that emboldens the eye-appeal. An extremely desirable crown for obvious reasons, and an excellent contrasting counterpart to the last proof of the type we sold; that piece, an enchantingly toned NGC PR66, was offered in our Long Beach auction a year ago, and sold for $8,812.50.
