A well detailed coin with little actual high-point wear and retaining partial underlying mint luster. Possibly removed from a bezel, the evidence mostly visible on the obverse rim, yet mostly devoid of the usual jewelry-like surface marks. An affordable representative of this very scarce type, quite collectible despite the noted defects.
