Ferdinand VI gold 8 Escudos 1751 LM-J AU58 NGC, Lima mint, KM50, Onza-577. Well preserved with strong underlying mint luster, slight wear on the raised devices and few noticeable surface handling marks. A mild and essentially non-distracting adjustment mark is visible across the shield on the reverse. The initial date of this elusive series, and thus the first milled doubloon minted in Lima, very scarce and quite desirable so finely presented.
