USA Administration Seven-piece Certified Proof Set 1903, 1/2 Centavo - PR64 Red & Brown PCGS Centavo - PR65 Brown PCGS5 Centavos - PR65 PCGS10 Centavos - PR65 PCGS20 Centavos - PR64 PCGS50 Centavos - PR65 PCGSPeso - PR65 PCGSKM-PS1 (KM162-168). Mintage of 2,558 sets. Struck during the first year the that Philippines was under United States administration, this beautiful seven-piece set is completely original in all regards, with each coin presenting breathtaking luster and desirable patination. Beginning with the 1/2 Centavo and Centavo denominations, both are similar in appearance, with the smaller of the two glistening with coppery-red luster and its counterpart showcasing vivid, magenta iridescence. The Five Centavos is equally attractive in its own way, presenting flashy, titanium-gray surfaces with subtle golden highlights that glisten throughout. The remaining four silver denominations are basically matched in their mottled appearance. The centers are pewter in nature, with darker, graphite patina encircling the legends and fully-reflective fields that transform upon rotation, brightening with champagne or russet highlights. An altogether impressive collection, entirely worthy of much prestige.
