British Colony - Victoria Proof Penny 1889 PR64 Red and Brown NGC, Brussels mint, KM-XI (but legend not BRITANNIAE, but BRITANNIAR as is correct), Hern-C9, Short Horn, not Long Horn as described on the NGC holder, as the head of "Hope" on the reverse, is directly below the first "O: in "GOOD, " whereas for the Long Horn type the head of "Hope" is located directly between the G and the O of "Good."
