Outstanding quality for this first-year issue, unquestionably deserving of the "Gem" moniker, with full frosty brilliance and pinpoint definition throughout the design. Without the aid of magnification, essentially no marks are evident, further solidifying this example as one of the top examples of the issue. Only the second we have sold in this certified grade, with the last example, offered in our 2011 CICF Signature auction, bringing $21,850.
