CARTHAGE. Circa 290-270 BC. EL Stater (20mm, 7.36 g, 12h). Head of Tanit left, wearing wreath of grain ears, triple-pendant earring, and necklace with eight pendants / Horse standing right; two pellets on exergue line. Jenkins & Lewis Group VI, 320 corr. (same rev. die; only one pellet noted); MAA 13; SNG Copenhagen 138 var. (ten pendants on necklace, one pellet on rev.). Good VF, attractive tone, short flan crack, scratch on neck.
