MYSIA, Kyzikos. Circa 550-500 BC. EL Hemihekte – Twelfth Stater (8mm, 1.39 g). Head of lion left; tunny to right / Quadripartite incuse square. Cf. von Fritze I 39 (unlisted denomination); cf. SNG France 178–80 (larger denominations); cf. Boston MFA 1414–5 (same); Rosen 433; Gemini X, lot 72. Good VF, toned. Well centered. Extremely rare as a hemihekte, only two in CoinArchives.
