Die Rückseite erinnert sehr stark an die Holländischen Dukaten, deren Rückseiten ebenfalls diese Grunddarstellung aufwiesen.
Ducat 1644. Double eagle with the Geneva arms on breast. Above, a crown. Rev. Value and date in a decorated square. 3.46 g. Demole 546. D.T. 1655a. HMZ 2-311a. Fr. 256. Of great rarity. Extremely fine.
The reverse strongly resembles the Dutch ducats, whose reverse bear a similar configuration.
