BRITISH COINS, Elizabeth I, Silver Halfcrown, mintmark 1 (1601), elaborate crowned bust left, holding orb and sceptre which points to I, three fingers on handle, rev quartered shield of arms on cross fourchée, 14.88g (N 2013; S 2583). Some surface marks and nicks both sides, hairline scratch on cheek, otherwise good very fine.
