C W Bigge & Co", c.1832/1839, unumbered, vignette of the Coat of Arms of Newcastle Upon Tyne to left, St Nicholas Cathedral and Castle top centre, "FIVE Pounds" to either side, engraved on steel by W H Lizars of Edinburgh (cf Grant 2043L). Pinholes to left, extremely fine and extremely rare.
