BRITISH 18th CENTURY TOKENS, William Absolon, Copper Halfpenny, 1792, obv ship under sail to right, YARMOUTH HALFPENNY around, 1792 in exeurge, rev shield of arms of the borough of Yarmouth between sprigs of oak, LET YARMOUTH FLOURISH around, top of the left sprig aligns with the T of LET, edge PAYABLE AT THE GLASS WAREHOUSE OF W. ABSOLON .X. (Conder p.121, 30; Atkins p.156, 52; D&H Norfolk 51). Minor spots, otherwise nearly mint state, the obverse with full original colour.
