Kingdom of Parthia, Phriapatios (185-170 BC), AE Chalkous, Hekatompylos, bust left wearing bashlyk, rev. horse right, left foreleg raised (Sunrise 249; Sellwood 8.2), rare, almost very fine, together with an AE Chalkous of the Sasanian king Shapur I (AD 240-272), bust right wearing crown (without cheek-pieces) surmounted by korymbos, rev. fire-altar with attendants facing outwards (cf. Göbl 27 and SNS 195ff), almost very fine, reverse good fine (2).
