Edward VI (1547-53), Halfcrown, 14.43g, Fine silver issue, 1551-53, 1553 over 1, m.m. tun, king crowned on caparisoned horse galloping right, no plume on horse, date below, rev. shield over long cross fourchée (N.1935; S.2480), reverse scratches and with general weakness, particularly so on equine portrait, even tone, good fine, the overdate clear and particularly rare.
