ARGOLIS, Argos. Circa 500/490-470 BC. AR Triobol (13mm, 2.71 g, 11h). Forepart of wolf at bay to left / Large A; two small incuse squares above, pellets across central field; all within shallow incuse square. BCD Peloponnesos 1004 var. (no pellets in fields); HGC 5, 660. Near VF, darkly toned. Rare.
