Marcus Aurelius. As Caesar, AD 139-161. AR Denarius (17mm, 3.43 g, 1h). Rome mint. Struck under Antoninus Pius, AD 140-144. Bare head right / Juventas standing left, holding patera and dropping grains of incense on candelabrum. RIC III 423a (Antoninus Pius); RSC 389. Good VF, lightly toned, a few light scratches on the reverse.
