A nice lot of 3 Egyptian Faience Amulets. A nice lot of 3 Egyptian faience amulets, Late Period, c. 664 - 30 BC, and includes a brilliant blue amulet of the god Thoth, (L: 2.8 cm), a blue faience amulet of the goddess Taweret, with the features of a hippopotamus, (L: 2.5 cm), and last an amulet of the god Shu who kneels and supports the sky above him, (L: 2.4 cm). Each is intact with suspension loop at back. Ex Los Angeles private collection. Est. Value $250 - $350.
