Coat-of-arms surmounted by wreath; four crossed banners behind / Liberty standing facing, holding liberty cap on pole and resting shield inscribed on ground. Calicó 2253; KM 148.3; Friedberg 63. Good VF, hairlines, lamination on obverse.
