THESSALY, Thessalian League. Mid-late 2nd century BC. AR Hemidrachm (15mm, 1.88 g, 6h). Gauana and Poly–, magistrates. Head of Zeus right, wearing laurel wreath; ΓAYA to left / ΘEΣΣA ΛΩN, Athena Itonia right; grape bunch to outer right, Π-O/Λ-Y across central field. BCD Thessaly II 820. Good VF, minor porosity, a few scrapes on the reverse.
