Obverse with bust of Belzu inside legend EL PRESIDENTE BELZU with date 1852 at bottom; reverse with scene of plaza of Potosi above EL PUEBLO POTOSINO. Lustrous Mint State, starting to tone, struck on a double-thick flan that is also oversized in diameter (extending well beyond the rims), desirable pedigree. Pedigreed to the Alberto "Coco" Derman collection.
