Lot of 5 iron cannonballs of various sizes, professionally conserved. 2896 grams total, from 1-1/2" to 3" in diameter. Mostly intact (some heavily pitted and one significantly misshapen) but fully conserved and stable balls coated in black (some matte, some glossy), the smallest ones possibly hollow as very light for their size. Pedigreed to our Auction #5, with original lot-tag #1378 and photo-certificate. Recovered from: Spanish 1715 Fleet, east coast of Florida
