Fossil fish from Brazil, probably Santana formation (approx. 100 million years old). 808 grams, 7" x 5" x 1-1/2". Near-complete fossil, with scales and bones and all, on a smooth gray matrix, curiously curved, great for display. Pedigreed to our Auction #12, lot #1878.
