KM-20. Struck during the Argentinian Civil War as Juan Manuel de Rosas consolidated his grip on the country. Light bamboo tone with slight weakness at the centers possibly preventing a higher grade. From a technical vantage, quite nice with little in the way of marks or other surface disturbances. Struck on a high quality planchet and with flawless rims. A great opportunity to add this scarce provincial issue to the collection. NGC MS-61.
