BELGIAN CONGO. 50 Franc, 1944. NGC MS-64+.
KM-27. The single finest graded example at both PGCS and NGC. A fairly common coin up into the almost-uncirculated grades, then scarce at the mint state level. The coin offered here is quite a bit nicer than simply mint state, and just as the population reports attest downright conditionally RARE at the assigned grade.
