KM-24a. KEY DATE. This is one of those coins that would make a great online post, in a "guess the grade" discussion thread. Bidders can decide for themselves, but we thought it was solid mint state when we first encountered the coin. In any case, guaranteed genuine, something that is at least as important as the assigned grade given known counterfeits of the date. Grading all aside, the coin exhibits blazing white luster with a minimum of abrasions in the fields and sharp frosty devices without luster breaks. An absolute beauty, particularly at this grade level. PCGS AU-58 Secure Holder.
