GERMANY. Paderborn. 2/3 Taler (Gulden), 1786. NGC MS-63.
KM-269. Only coin seen by the grading services and undoubtedly one of the finest extant. St. Liborius seated upon clouds on the obverse, with the Paderborn coat of arms on the reverse. An exquisite example with minor weakness through portions of the legends, but bold highly detailed central devices that reveal all of the intended design. Clear smoky blue tone over semi proof-like fields wraps-up this marvelous coin. A German-States coin that is certain to draw interest from multiple bidders before finding its new home. NGC MS-63.
Estimate: $350.00- $500.00
