KM-467; Dav-772. Brother-in-law to Russian Tsar Nicholas I, Frederick William IV is best remembered today for the elaborate architectural achievements made under his reign in Berlin and Potsdam. Choice never-dropped example of this heavy double taler. Quite nice for the grade with just a few light marks in the fields and attractive gun-metal blue tone in the legends. NGC MS-62.
