GERMANY. Mixed Crowns & Minors, ca. 1571-1929. VERY FINE.
25 pieces in lot. Mostly crowns, and generally original with a few showing minor problems, but with no duplication. Nice run from Bavaria includes a 1760 and 1794 Taler, an 1843 Double Taler, 1874, 1911, and 1912 crowns denominated as 5 Marks. Also, a 1902 Hamburg 5 Mark, along with several Weimar issues including a 1930-A Zeppelin 5 Mark. From Saxony, an attractive 1571 Albertine Taler (Dav-9798) in VERY FINE, along with Talers dated 1800 and 1809. The usual Prussian types, 1888, 1901, 1908 crown size 5 Marks, plus several smaller 2 and 3 Mark coins. A nice jump start for a collection of related material. Inspection advised, SOLD AS IS/NO RETURNS. Overall grade of VERY FINE.
