GREAT BRITAIN. Guinea, 1680. Charles II (1660-85). PCGS Genuine--Cleaning, EF Details Secure Holder.
S-3344; Fr-287; KM-440.1. Struck the year the Whig and Tory parties formed in England. The EXTREMELY FINE details grade is quite conservative, the portrait alone begs for Almost-Uncirculated status. Traces of original luster remain in the legends, with no evidence of the coin being abrasively cleaned. The color does appear a bit off, the only indication of possible cleaning being (perhaps) chemical.
