Draped conjoined busts of William and Mary of Orange right; Reverse: Figure of Religion standing beside small altar with open book and cap of liberty upon which her hand rests, in other hand she holds a scroll inscribed, "LITTERAE FAGELII" and scattered at her feet are implements and emblems of the Roman Papacy. Some chatter and contact marks in fields, noticeably to the fore and right of the busts and to the left of Religion. Handsome old cabinet toning and overall a nice example to behold. VERY FINE.
