Busts of William and Mary right, he armored and laureate; Reverse: Britannia seated left beneath crowned Orange tree entwined with roses holding scales, cross, cornucopiae, staff and liberty cap, broken shackles ate her feet. Complete lettered edge. A beautifully designed and executed medal featuring lovely visual representations of the changing conditions of the British throne with its assumption by the House of Orange. Flashing surfaces with some nice old toning atop. A few wispy hairlines and the issue of most note are some thin shallow scratches before Mary's mouth. EXTREMELY FINE.
