Includes pieces of Popes: Paul II, Paul V, Alexander VII, Clement X (two pieces, one of which is silver), Innocent XI, Innocent XII, Clement XII, Benedict XIV, Pius VI, Pius VII, Gregory XVI (silver), and Pius IX. Also Sede Vacante pieces dated 1689, 1758, 1823, 1829/30, and 1830 (two varieties). Other than the two noted, all the preceding are copper or bronze, and roughly 30 to 45 mm. There are original pieces as well as old restrikes and recasts. Also included in this lot is a group of seven very old uniface reproductions of Papal medals and six post 1850 pieces.
