KM-16; Nes-6c; Cal-type-50. Latin "R" over Gothic "R". Quartered arms with large diamond-shaped compartment with Granada at base, flanked by M – M between dots. From the earliest coinage of the new world. Crisp well struck example with moderate toning and fully original surfaces. Nice round flan with full legends on both sides, a coin that should command a strong bid in its voyage across the auction block. Toned and attractive, NGC EF-45.
