"Award"; Reverse: To right: "War front newspaper Southern Cross" (The latter phrase appears to be the paper's name), Unidentified kanji in middle, to left: "Philippine Dispatch Army Propaganda Group." Struck in silver with slight wear to the high points. A highly unusual and RARE medal that will add instant prestige to the collection it enters. ALMOST UNCIRCULATED.
