MIXED LOTS. World Crowns & Minors, ca. 3rd-21st Cent. FINE-UNCIRCULATED.
Approximately 170 pieces in lot. Spanning territory between New Zealand and Morocco, with a heavy emphasis on Indian 18th through 20th century Princely States silver Rupee coins, most of which are unattributed and in tubes generally grading VERY FINE. The balance of the lot includes a real eclectic offering of better world coins, including an Ethiopian Birr struck under Menelik II in 1902, and a 1944 Belgian Congo 50 Francs in ALMOST-UNCIRCULATED. Other crown size coins are represented by Iran, as well as an attractive 1299 Morocco 10 Dirhams (Rial) in Choice VERY-FINE. The diversity continues with a Philippines Leper Colony Peso and a 2002 Republic of Democratic Congo 10 Francs with an embedded gemstone in the reverse. A lot that convincingly demonstrates the exceptionally wide range of world coinage themes available to collectors today. Approximate retail value of $2,200. Inspection advised. SOLD AS IS/NO RETURNS. FINE-UNCIRCULATED.

Estimate: $900.00- $1300.00
