40 pieces in lot. Half-dozen Dutch colonial issues, balance primarily from South America and Mexico. Includes over a dozen crowns from Argentina, Bolivia, Brazil, Mexico and Peru. Other countries represented from South America are in the form of high grade minors, which include coins from Ecuador and Uruguay. Attractive representation of Mexican issues, such as an 1822 Iturbide 8 Reales (KM-304), and other 8 Reales and Balance Scale Peso coins, plus minors from the revolutionary period. Grades range the entire spectrum, but generally are original ABOUT VERY FINE on the larger pieces with most of the minors grading higher. Approximate retail value of $2,000. Inspection advised.
