MIXED LOTS. Worldwide Crowns & Minors, 17th-20th Century. FINE-UNCIRCULATED.
Approximately 60 pieces in lot. Box of mostly unattributed coinage from many parts of the world, but including some better pieces, a few in sensational condition for the issue. The lot includes a number of 18th century Italian States issues including a 1795 Genoa 8 Lire (looped) as well as smaller silver issues in conditions up to FINE featuring a few Napoleonic types as well. Nice representation of Dutch East Indies minors, Travancore, and East India Company bronze coinage, along with a multitude of different Rupee and fractional Rupee coins from the Princely States. Other countries from the region include Afghanistan and Iran, with several desirable high grade pieces included. Also, gem minors from diverse locations such as an 1895 Ethiopia Gersh and a Charles X French 1/4 Franc in exceptionally nice UNCIRCULATED. Other notable issues include Swedish copper (1805 Ore) and a French Indo-China 10 Cents dated 1911. All told, some solid catalog values, and with an estimated retail value of $2,000. Inspection advised. SOLD AS IS/NO RETURNS. FINE-UNCIRCULATED.

Estimate: $800.00- $1200.00
