11 pieces in lot. A grouping of NGC certified ancient coins, all but one of which are silver. The bronze piece was issued by Herod of Judaea. Some of the notable silver issues include an Aegina Stater featuring a sea turtle and a Rhodian Didrachm featuring Helios. Some minor surface issues are present, as noted on the holders, such as an attempted piercing on one piece, a small countermark on the Aegina Stater, as well as some minor scratches or graffito on three other pieces. Overall a wholesome grouping with nice eye appeal. Retail value of about $2,000. Should be examined. SOLD AS IS/NO RETURNS. NGC VG to EF.
