This KGVI Five Shillings design is exceptionally more difficult in higher grades than the later QEII notes, and this offering is the finest we have handled for the catalog number. Deep brown inks make up the primary design and lovely multi-color under-prints are welcomed. Strong original paper throughout along with excellent centering and margins. One of just a scant four graded at this level by PMG with two finer. PMG Gem Uncirculated 66 EPQ.
