FRANCE. Capture of Vienna Bronze Medal, 1805. ALMOST UNCIRCULATED.
42.38 mm; 41.94 gms. Bramsen-444. By L. Manfredini. Head of Napoleon wearing Corinthian helmet emblazoned with star, eagle, thunderbolt and snake and with laurel wreath around; Reverse: Draped figure of Vienna seated in mourning at left with trophy of Austrian arms at right. Deeply toned nearly black, likely due to old lacquering minor traces of which can be noted around the devices. Highly reflective surfaces interrupted only by a few contact marks in fields. A few small rim bumps at various places but none overly detracting. ALMOST UNCIRCULATED.

Estimate: $175.00- $250.00
