C. Norbanus C.f.. 83 B.C. AR denarius (18.9 mm, 3.96 g, 9 h). Rome mint. C·NORBANVS, diademed head of Venus right, wearing necklace; CXXXVIIII behind / Grain ear, fasces, and caduceus. Crawford 357/1b; Sydenham 739; RSC Norbana 2. Toned Fine, double struck obverse. Possibly overstruck on a serrated denarius, undertype uncertain.
