ARKADIA, Tegea. Circa 250 BC. Æ Dichalkon (16mm, 3.18 g, 7h). Helmeted head of Athena Alea right / [TE]ΓE[A] above, the infant Telephos kneeling left, suckling doe standing right, head left. BCD Peloponnesos 1741.2; cf. HGC 5, 1073 (symbols on rev.). Fine, rough dark green-brown patina.
