It is the original overprint as one can determine by the correct date of the note, most forgerys of the stamp are found on notes dated 1941. This note is original with original rare FEZZAN issue stamp for Libya, P. M9 in used condition with light staining at lower broder, a center fold and minor 4mm tear at upper border, crisp paper and original colors and no holes. A great collectable item. Condition: F.
