Watch List notes:

Alle Welt: Libya / FEZZAN: 25 Francs 1938 P. M10 with original black stamp "R.F. FEZZAN" on front at right on P. 27 (F.W.A.). This rare type of note is in used condition with several slight folds and light staining in paper. There are 2 small pinholes at upper left but no tears. The paper still has some original crispness left and the colors are bright. Rare FEZZAN issue. Condition: F to F+.
