Alle Welt: New Caledonia: 100 Francs ovpt on 20 Francs ND(1939) rare provisional issue for Noumea as an overprint on a 20 Francs note of Banque de l'Indochine, P. 39 in used condition with several folds and light staining in paper, without any tears, only a very tiny hole at lower center, some irritation at upper left border but still a nice collectable item in condition: F.
