BRITISH COINS, William & Mary (1688-1694), Silver Halfcrown, 1689, first conjoined busts facing right, rev first crowned quartered shield of arms, with an escutcheon of the Lion of Nassau, caul of crown frosted only, no pearls on band, date either side of crown, edge inscribed in raised letters and dated PRIMO (ESC 506; S 3434). Good fine, toned.
