Mixed Hardstone bead Necklace. Consisting of Sumerian (ca. 2200 BC) gray and white stone short tubular beads strung with 12 large Central Asiatic "Buddhist" (200 BC - 500 AD) etched green-black jadeite tablet beads (16 - 21 mm). 19" long, restrung with modern clasp. Unusual and impressive. We have sold the etched beads alone for over $100 each.
