George III (1760-1820), Ayreshire pattern token issued by Colonel William Fullarton, silver token Halfcrown, dated 1799, die prepared by John Milton, a later striking probably by Mathew Young c.1828, georgivs. p. s. s. c. d. 1799, draped and cuirassed bust of George III left, Milton below, rev. struck en medaille, br.l.pr.e - reg.sc.pr - et.sen - cor.dux, four crowned shields cruciform, plumes in angles, Garter Star in centre, edge plain, 14.45g (Davis 1; Stainton BNJ 1983, 31A), small metal weakness on reverse edge between 10 and 11 o'clock, brilliant uncirculated, scarce.
