Celtic, Trinovantes and Catuvellauni, uninscribed coinage, (c.60-20 BC), gold Stater, 5.87g, 'Early Whaddon Chase' type, Apollo head right, wreath with bar and 'wings' above, rev. horse right, wing motif and pellets above, ring-boss below, eye behind (ABC 2433; VA 1476-1; S.32), corresponding weakness to front of horse, even wear and a little die clogging, nice colour to this, good imagery remains, nearly very fine/good fine, a prolific issue.
