Celtic, Trinovantes and Catuvellauni, Cunobelin, (c.10-40 AD), silver Unit, 1.26g, 'Crescent Horse' type, Romanized bust right, cvnobelini around, rev. spirited horse right, crescent moon above, groundline below and tascio (ABC 2873; VA 2055-1; S.312), some minor scuffs and effects from soil action, however, a remarkably full obverse with CVNOBELINI in full, a pleasing sheen on this, well struck, nearly extremely fine, very rare.
